Politique d’expédition

How orders leave us, what shipping costs, and when your order arrives.

Where orders ship from

Orders ship from our own stock or directly from a supplier facility, at our discretion. We do not guarantee a particular shipping origin for a given order.

Racks, handling products and spare parts

In-stock racks ship in under 24 hours. Racks on backorder ship in 2 to 3 weeks, and volume builds in 4 weeks at most. You pay shipping and handling on every order, calculated at checkout from the weight of the order. There is no order value at which shipping becomes free. A Rack Wear Kit ordered on its own ships at a flat $39 for up to four kits, and larger kit orders are charged by weight. Depaneling blades and parts ship at a flat charge shown at checkout. An order that mixes racks, wear kits and depaneling items is charged for each.

Canada and Mexico

Checkout ships to Canada and Mexico up to 70 lb, at an express rate shown at checkout and set by the weight of the order. Import duties and GST or IVA are billed to you on delivery, and you or your customs broker handle clearance. Orders over 70 lb to Canada or Mexico are handled on a purchase order rather than at checkout. Email info@pcbracks.com with your requirement: you can use your own carrier account, arrange collection, or ask us to quote delivered pricing. If you have a customs broker you can also ship to your US forwarder and pay the US ground rate.

Other destinations

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. US territories, countries other than Canada and Mexico, and expedited service are quoted separately in writing.

Depaneling equipment

Depaneler machines are built to order and may ship directly from a supplier facility. Lead time, freight charges and delivery terms are stated in the written quote for your order and confirmed in writing before production begins. Where a quote states delivery terms, that quote controls for that order.

Risk of loss

For all shipments we arrange, whether you pay the freight or we pay it, risk of loss transfers to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier. As shipper of record we file the carrier claim on your behalf and will repair or replace items confirmed damaged in transit, subject to the carrier claim process and the reporting requirements below. Where a written quote states DDP or other delivered terms for a specific order, that quote controls for that order. For shipments you arrange, or shipped freight-collect on your own carrier account, risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession and you file claims directly with the carrier. We will help with claim documentation but assume no financial responsibility on buyer-arranged shipments.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PCBRacks.com is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or any other factor outside our control. Ship dates are confirmed by email within one business day of order placement.

Inspection window

Inspect every delivery immediately. Damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported in writing to info@pcbracks.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Keep all original packaging until the inspection window has closed. Full details are in our Returns and Warranty Policy and Terms of Service.
