A toothed track drives both side panels at once, so the slots stay parallel across all 50 positions instead of drifting when an operator sets each side by hand. This is the mechanism to specify when board width changes between jobs.

Every rack here holds 50 boards at 0.39 in (10 mm) pitch. Gear and screw racks hold boards from 1.97 in (50 mm) wide. Belt is its own adjustment system and runs from 0.39 in (10 mm). Board thicker than 0.14 in (3.5 mm) or longer than 21.06 in (535 mm), send us the drawing and we will confirm the part number before you order.

The Allen-key clamp screw is the only adjustable train rated for reflow-oven and MSD-bake entry, no belt, no rubber, no plastic. Karry-All 35 is an open slotted bench carrier, not an oven-going magazine.

A and B are the chassis-edge to first-slot offsets your SMT magazine loader uses for slot pickup. The adjustment range is the usable width window between the fixed (datum) panel and the mobile panel.

A note on words: anti-static, static-safe and ESD-safe all describe the same job, bleeding charge away before it reaches a component. Conductive and dissipative are the two ANSI/ESD S541 bands that do it at different rates. The number that matters is surface resistance, and it is printed on every spec sheet on this page.
