The B0104M-200C is rated to 200 °C, so boards stay in the same screw-locked rack from MSD storage through 125 °C bake through SMT loader. How screw adjustment works through bake

The B0104M-200C is the 200 °C bake-suitable variant on the same screw-clamp mechanism as the B0104N. Width range is the same 50–250 mm, the chassis dimensions are identical, and the empty weight stays at 6.1 kg, the only difference is the higher-temperature material qualification, which makes the rack bake-suitable per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 for moisture-removal cycles (typically 90–125 °C for 24–72 hours).

Construction: 5 interchangeable Conductive PPE side panels per wall, aluminum pillars, galvanized steel base. The screw clamp is a precision threaded mechanism that holds the panel position through repeated thermal cycling, once set, the width does not drift through bake / transport / storage cycles. 10⁴–10⁶ Ω dissipative band (ANSI/ESD S541) across all contact points; sectioned panels swap individually if one is damaged.

Pick this variant when MSD baking is part of your workflow and you want the lower-cost set-once mechanism instead of gear-track quick-change. For lines that change widths frequently, the B0103GM-200C gear-track sibling offers the same 200 °C rating with parallelism-monitored quick adjustment. For the standard 80 °C envelope, use the cheaper B0104N-80C.

IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 specifies the bake conditions required to remove absorbed moisture from MSDs (Moisture-Sensitive Devices) before reflow. Typical profiles run at 90–125 °C for 24–72 hours, with a 125 °C accelerated cycle option. The B0104M-200C’s 200 °C ceiling provides headroom over the 125 °C accelerated profile, so boards stay in this rack from MSD storage through the full bake cycle without transfer to a separate baking container. The screw clamp holds position through repeated thermal cycling.
What’s the difference between B0104M-200C and B0104N-80C?
Same chassis, same screw mechanism, same materials, same compliance, same weight, the only difference is temperature qualification. The B0104N-80C is rated 80 °C (standard SMT envelope, lower cost). Will the B0104M-200C drop into my SMT loader / unloader?
Yes. The 563 mm chassis height and 10 mm slot pitch match the standard interface for ASM SIPLACE, Yamaha YSM, Panasonic NPM, Juki RS, and most other in-line SMT loader / unloader equipment. The 355 × 320 mm footprint is identical to the B0103 family (gear-track, belt, HT) and the B0104N-80C screw sibling. If your line uses a non-standard fixture, ask sales for a fit-check before ordering.
Can I run conformal-coat post-cure or aerospace-grade thermal cycles in this rack?
The B0104M-200C handles conformal-coat post-cure cycles up to 200 °C without panel softening or off-gassing. For aerospace cure or extreme thermal stress testing above 200 °C (typically 250–300 °C), use the B0103GL HT-300C all-aluminum variant on the same chassis, it swaps the Conductive PPE side panels for aluminum to handle the higher temperature.
