The B0106GN-80C’s gear-track adjustment covers 50–330 mm of board width on a single large-format chassis, the standard B0103GN tops out at 250 mm width, the B0106GN clears another 80 mm. Parallelism is mechanically monitored across all 50 slots. One rack covers the full large-format range, less inventory, fewer wrong-rack mistakes on the floor.

What it does on your line
The B0106GN-80C is a large-format 50-slot ESD magazine rack built for in-line SMT automation, board storage, and bench-to-bench transport on big-board lines. Gear-track adjustment sets the board width from 50 to 330 mm in seconds, with parallelism maintained across all 50 slots, one rack covers the full large-format range (up to 460 × 330 mm boards) without re-tooling.
Construction: 5 interchangeable Conductive PPE side panels per wall, aluminum pillars, galvanized steel base. The mixed-material build provides structural rigidity under repeated loading and inline conveyor handling, while keeping the entire current path in the 10⁴–10⁶ Ω dissipative band under ANSI/ESD S541. Sectioned panels can be swapped individually if one is damaged, the rack stays in service.

Will the B0106GN-80C drop into my SMT loader / unloader?
The 563 mm chassis height and 10 mm slot pitch match the standard interface for ASM SIPLACE, Yamaha YSM, Panasonic NPM, Juki RS, and most other in-line SMT loader / unloader equipment. The 460 × 400 mm footprint is the large-format chassis (vs the 355 × 320 standard B0103), many loaders are configured for both, but confirm with your loader / unloader vendor before ordering. Reference offsets A=34, B=34 are shared across the B0106 chassis family (GN-80C, GM-200C, GC BELT-80C; GL HT-300C uses A=34 / B=33).
What does “parallelism monitored” gear-track adjustment actually do?
Both side panels travel on a synchronized rack-and-pinion gear track. Turn the adjustment knob on either side and the opposite panel travels the same distance in the same direction, parallelism is mechanically monitored, not just operator-eyeballed. The result: a width spec set on Monday loads the same boards on Friday, and both panels stay parallel through the full 50–330 mm travel range.
Can I bake the B0106GN-80C? What’s the temperature ceiling?
The GN-80C variant is rated −20 °C to +80 °C, the standard SMT envelope (transport, storage, soldering, inspection, cleaning). For bake-suitable use on the same large-format chassis, pick the B0106GM-200C (200 °C), which uses the same chassis with the same gear track. For aerospace-grade 300 °C cure, use the B0106GL HT-300C all-aluminum variant.
What’s the difference between this and a slotted-edge rack like RA-18C?
The B0106GN-80C is a large-format magazine rack: 50 slots, 10 mm pitch, designed to drop into in-line SMT loader / unloader equipment. The RA-18C is a slotted-edge transport rack: 25 slots at wider pitch, designed for benchtop / between-bench manual transport, not for in-line equipment. Pick magazine racks for SMT-line integration; pick slotted-edge for hand carry / bench-side WIP.
Can I replace a damaged side panel without buying a whole new rack?
Yes. The side panels are made of 5 interchangeable Conductive PPE sections per wall, each individually replaceable. If one section gets cracked or contaminated, swap that section out and the rest of the rack stays in service. Rack spares are sold separately for every magazine-rack chassis we’ve ever shipped, on a ~1-week lead.
