The B0109GL HT-300C is a 50-slot ESD-safe PCB magazine rack with gear-track width adjustment, rated −20 °C to +300 °C (−4 °F to 572 °F), top of the magazine-rack thermal range. Slot pitch is 10 mm, board width adjusts from 50–460 mm. It ships from California and fits standard in-line SMT loaders.

Standard- and large-format HT racks (B0103, B0106) top out at 460 mm board length and 330 mm board width. Backplanes, motherboards, and oversized industrial PCBs, up to 535 × 460 mm, running through lead-free reflow, aerospace cure, or J-STD-033 bake need a chassis sized for them, with the same all-aluminum, polymer-free 300 °C qualification. The B0109GL HT-300C is the widest 300 °C rack in the catalog.

The B0109GL HT-300C is the maximum-format sibling of the B0103GL HT-300C and B0106GL HT-300C, same all-aluminum 300 °C qualification, same 7.5 mm wide slot, same gear-track mechanism, same compliance. The only difference is the chassis: 535 × 530 × 569 mm, with adjustable board width up to 460 mm and max board length to 535 mm. Backplanes, motherboards, and oversized industrial PCBs that don’t fit the smaller HT chassis fit here.
5 × interchangeable aluminum side panels per wall, no polymer in the thermal path, so the rack stays dimensionally stable through cycles to 300 °C. Lead-free reflow direct loading, IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 accelerated bake, conformal-coat post-cure, and aerospace high-heat stress testing all run inside the rack’s thermal envelope.
The aluminum-panel construction across the maximum-format chassis brings the empty weight to 15 kg (vs 8 kg on standard-format HT, and 10.6 kg on large-format HT). Gear track is the standard adjustment mechanism; screw adjustment configuration is also available. Same NASTC ESD report and SGS RoHS certificate as the rest of the B0109 chassis family.
