The B0106GL HT-300C is a 50-slot ESD-safe PCB magazine rack with gear-track width adjustment, rated −20 °C to +300 °C (−4 °F to 572 °F), top of the magazine-rack thermal range. Slot pitch is 10 mm, board width adjusts from 50–330 mm. It ships from California and fits standard in-line SMT loaders.

The standard-format B0103GL HT-300C tops out at 355 mm board length and 250 mm board width. Large-format boards (up to 460 × 330 mm) running through lead-free reflow, aerospace cure, or J-STD-033 bake need a chassis that fits them, with the same all-aluminum, polymer-free 300 °C qualification.

The B0106GL HT-300C is the large-format sibling of the B0103GL HT-300C, same all-aluminum 300 °C qualification, same 7.5 mm wide slot, same gear-track mechanism, same compliance. The only difference is the chassis: 460 × 400 × 563 mm instead of 355 × 320 × 563 mm, with adjustable board width up to 330 mm and max board length to 460 mm.
5 × interchangeable aluminum side panels per wall, no polymer in the thermal path, so the rack stays dimensionally stable through cycles to 300 °C. Lead-free reflow direct loading, IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 accelerated bake, conformal-coat post-cure, and aerospace high-heat stress testing all run inside the rack’s thermal envelope.
The aluminum-panel construction across the larger chassis brings the empty weight to 10.6 kg (vs 8 kg on the standard-format HT, and 8.3 kg on the B0106GN-80C standard-temp cousin). Gear track is the standard adjustment mechanism; screw adjustment configuration is also available. Same NASTC ESD report and SGS RoHS certificate as the rest of the B0106 chassis family.
