Description

The RA-20C is an ESD PCB tray: a 25-position conductive polypropylene slotted-edge rack with a double slot at every position.

Slot A is 3 mm (0.118″) wide and 7.7 mm (0.303″) deep. Boards seat deep and stay put during cart transport.
Slot B is 2.1 mm (0.083″) wide and 3 mm (0.118″) deep. Thin boards sit shallow for quick, one-handed picks at the bench.

Slot pitch is 15 mm (0.591″) across 25 positions. Boards up to 400 × 220 mm (15.75″ × 8.66″) and 2.2 mm (0.087″) thick span the 172 mm (6.77″) rack width and may overhang both sides. Conductive PP at 10⁴ Ω keeps boards protected through production, inspection and storage.

What is the difference between the RA-20C and the RA-24 Mini?

The RA-20C has two slots at each of its 25 positions: Slot A, 3 mm (0.118″) wide and 7.7 mm (0.303″) deep, and Slot B, 2.1 mm (0.083″) wide and 3 mm (0.118″) deep, for boards up to 2.2 mm (0.087″) thick. The RA-24 Mini has one deep slot per position, 3.2 mm (0.126″) wide and 7.7 mm (0.303″) deep, for boards up to 2.4 mm (0.094″). Both take boards up to 400 × 220 mm (15.75″ × 8.66″). The RA-20C is $41.90 a rack, the RA-24 Mini $34.70.

Does it work with SMT loaders and unloaders?

No, the RA-20C is a bench-side and shelving rack for manual handling, not an in-line magazine. If you need loader compatibility, look at the B0103–B0109 magazine racks with the 50-slot loader interface.

How do I clean it without ruining the ESD surface?

Warm water with a mild pH-neutral detergent; IPA 70% for spot cleaning. Never use acetone, aromatic or halogenated solvents, or abrasives: they attack the conductive surface, and the damage does not reverse. Dry fully before boards go back in.
