One kit rebuilds one rack. Everything a 50-slot gear-adjustment rack wears out, in a single box:

  • 2 × Gear track (length matched to the chassis you pick) — P/N RACK-SPARE-5 — the toothed rails for this chassis
  • 2 × Lever set / rack lock — P/N RACK-SPARE-8 — four latches, both side panels
  • 1 × Stopper bar with spring — P/N RACK-SPARE-7 — holds boards seated in their slots
  • 10 × Plastic gear — P/N RACK-SPARE-9 — pinions for the width adjustment
  • 10 × ESD plastic slot stopper — P/N RACK-SPARE-11 — conductive clips that blank unused slots

Compatibility. Fits every gear-adjustment 50-slot rack: B0103G, B0105GP, B0106G, B0108G and B0109G series. Pick your chassis in the selector and the gear-track length and stopper-bar size come correct. Screw-adjust (B0104) and belt racks do not use tracks or gears.

It fits every gear-adjustment 50-slot rack: B0103G, B0105GP, B0106G, B0108G and B0109G series. Pick your chassis in the selector and the gear-track length and stopper-bar size come correct. Screw-adjust (B0104) and belt racks do not use tracks or gears; their wear parts are sold individually.
