Description

The RA-24 Mini is an ESD PCB tray: a 25-slot conductive polypropylene slotted-edge rack for thicker PCBs, up to 2.4 mm (0.094″): heavy-copper, multilayer, or populated assemblies.

Each slot is 3.2 mm (0.126″) wide and 7.7 mm (0.303″) deep, nearly twice the depth of a standard slot, on a 16 mm (0.630″) pitch. That extra depth is what keeps populated and heavy boards seated through bench-to-bench transport: no tipping, no walking out of the slot mid-handoff.

Boards up to 400 × 220 mm (15.75″ × 8.66″) span the 160 mm (6.30″) rack width and may overhang both sides. Conductive PP at 10⁴ Ω keeps boards protected through production, inspection and storage. The deep-slot pick when one line runs both standard 1.6 mm (0.063″) and heavier 2.4 mm (0.094″) boards.

Depth is grip. At 7.7 mm (0.303″), nearly twice a standard 4 mm (0.157″) seat, populated and heavy boards are captured far enough into the rail that gravity, vibration and component mass can't lever them out during transport.

How do I clean it without ruining the ESD surface?

Warm water with a mild pH-neutral detergent; IPA 70% for spot cleaning. Never use acetone, aromatic or halogenated solvents, or abrasives: they attack the conductive surface, and the damage does not reverse. Dry fully before boards go back in.
