How belt adjustment works on your line
The B0110GC BELT-80C is an extra-long-format 50-slot ESD magazine rack with continuous belt-driven width adjustment. A hand-driven belt rotates pulleys at the top and bottom of the chassis, turning two captive lead screws in unison, both side panels travel toward or away from each other on the same revolution. The adjustment is continuous (no stepped clicks, no fixed indices), so any board width from 10 mm (0.394″) to 460 mm (18.11″) is reachable on a single rack, the longest board format in the catalog.
Construction: 2 interchangeable Conductive PS side panels, aluminum pillars, galvanized steel base, and 2 H-type stopper plates (vs. the single stopper bar on gear-track variants). The slot is 5 mm (0.197″) wide × 4 mm (0.157″) deep, for tighter board retention through inline conveyor handling. Surface resistance stays in the 10⁴–10⁶ Ω dissipative band under ANSI/ESD S541.
Designed for the standard 80 °C ambient envelope (transport, storage, soldering, inspection, cleaning). There is no bake-rated version on the extra-long chassis: for bake or cure cycles the B0109GM-200C (200 °C) and B0109GL HT-300C (300 °C all-aluminum) cover boards to 535 × 460 mm (21.06″ × 18.11″). For indexed, repeatable width settings on the same extra-long chassis, see the B0110GN-80C.
