Most MSD moisture-removal profiles run at **90–110 °C**. Standard 80 °C racks can’t cover them; stepping up to a 200 °C metal-base rack is more capability than the bake actually needs. The all-plastic B0105GPM-120C lands right in the middle, **120 °C ceiling, 4.8 kg empty**, full ESD spec, lower cost than the metal alternative.

The all-plastic chassis that survives the bake

The B0105GPM-120C is the 120 °C bake-suitable variant on the same all-plastic chassis as the B0105GPN. Same Conductive PS base, same Conductive PPE side panels, same aluminum pillars, same gear-track mechanism, same 50–250 mm width range. The only meaningful difference: temperature qualification, which extends the upper limit from 80 °C to 120 °C and pulls the lower limit back to −20 °C.

Why 120 °C: most MSD moisture-removal bake profiles run at 90–110 °C for extended periods. The GPM-120C covers that range with headroom while keeping the 4.8 kg lightest-in-catalog weight. For bake profiles that exceed 120 °C (full IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 accelerated 125 °C, or 200 °C cure cycles), step up to the metal-base B0103GM-200C.

Same NASTC ESD report and SGS RoHS certificate as the B0105GPN-80C and the metal-base B0103 family, conductive 10⁴–10⁶ Ω band across the whole current path. Loader-compatible with ASM SIPLACE / Yamaha YSM / Panasonic NPM / Juki RS standard interfaces.

What’s the difference between B0105GPM-120C and B0105GPN-80C?
**Same chassis, same materials, same gear-track mechanism, same weight, same ESD spec**, the only difference is temperature qualification. The [B0105GPN-80C](pcb-b0105gpn-80c-shop-standalone-rev2.html) is rated −10 °C to +80 °C (standard SMT envelope, lower cost, no bake). The B0105GPM-120C is rated −20 °C to +120 °C (handles MSD low-bake, slightly higher cost). Plastic vs metal-base for 200 °C bake, which one do I pick?
The all-plastic B0105GPM tops out at 120 °C. For bake or cure profiles that exceed 120 °C, switch to the metal-base [B0103GM-200C](pcb-b0103gm-200c-shop-standalone-rev2.html) (gear-track) or [B0104M-200C](pcb-b0104m-200c-shop-standalone-rev2.html) (screw). For 300 °C aerospace cure, the all-aluminum [B0103GL HT-300C](pcb-b0103gl-ht-300c-shop-standalone.html) is the only option. The trade-off is weight: 4.8 kg plastic vs 6.3 kg gear-track metal vs 8 kg HT aluminum.
Will the B0105GPM-120C drop into my SMT loader / unloader?
Yes. The 563 mm chassis height and 10 mm slot pitch match the standard interface for ASM SIPLACE, Yamaha YSM, Panasonic NPM, Juki RS, and most other in-line SMT loader / unloader equipment. The 355 × 320 mm footprint is identical to the B0103 / B0104 family and the B0105GPN-80C cousin. All-plastic base does not change the loader interface.
