Stop Transferring Long MSD Boards Between Bake Tray and Loader.
Standard 80 °C racks can’t enter a bake oven, so MSD boards have to move into a separate baking container and back, extra handling, extra ESD exposure, extra chance of damage on long boards that flex in the wrong support fixture. The B0108GM-200C is rated to 200 °C on the same in-between extra-large chassis: long boards (up to 535 × 390 mm) stay in the same rack from MSD storage through 125 °C bake through the SMT loader. What it does on your line
The B0108GM-200C is an extra-large-format 50-slot ESD magazine rack rated to 200 °C (392 °F), built for in-line SMT automation plus moisture-sensitive device (MSD) baking on long boards. Same chassis and gear-track mechanism as the B0108GN-80C, the difference is the higher-temperature material qualification, which makes the rack bake-suitable per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 moisture-removal profiles (typically 90–125 °C for 24–72 hours).
Construction: 5 interchangeable Conductive PPE side panels per wall, aluminum pillars, galvanized steel base. Same 10⁴–10⁶ Ω surface resistance in the dissipative band under ANSI/ESD S541, same NASTC test report. The bake-suitable PPE qualification adds headroom for J-STD-033 accelerated bake (125 °C) and conformal-coat post-cure (typically 150–200 °C) without panel softening or off-gassing.
Gear-track adjustment sets board width from 50 to 390 mm with parallelism maintained across all 50 slots. Note: the B0108 chassis is the only B-series chassis without a 300 °C HT variant, for aerospace-grade cure cycles above 200 °C, step up to the B0109GL HT-300C all-aluminum on the maximum-format chassis or step down to the B0106GL HT-300C on the large-format chassis.

Will the B0108GM-200C drop into my SMT loader / unloader?
The 569 mm chassis height (+6 mm vs B0103/B0106 at 563 mm) and 10 mm slot pitch align with the standard interface used by ASM SIPLACE, Yamaha YSM, Panasonic NPM, Juki RS, and most other in-line SMT loader / unloader equipment. The 535 × 460 mm footprint is the extra-large-format chassis, loaders configured for B0103 / B0106 racks may need their lock-down position adjusted for the 6 mm height delta and the larger footprint. Reference offsets are A=34, B=40, the B=40 dimension is shared only with the B0109 chassis (B0103/B0106 use B=34, B0109 uses B=40). Confirm with your loader / unloader vendor before ordering.
What does “parallelism monitored” gear-track adjustment actually do?
Both side panels travel on a synchronized rack-and-pinion gear track. Turn the adjustment knob on either side and the opposite panel travels the same distance in the same direction, parallelism is mechanically monitored, not just operator-eyeballed. The result: a width spec set on Monday loads the same boards on Friday, and both panels stay parallel through the full 50–390 mm travel range.
What does “bake-suitable per J-STD-033” actually mean?
IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 specifies the bake conditions required to remove absorbed moisture from MSDs (Moisture-Sensitive Devices) before reflow. Typical profiles run at 90–125 °C for 24–72 hours, with a 125 °C accelerated cycle option for shorter durations. The GM-200C’s 200 °C ceiling provides headroom over the 125 °C accelerated profile, so long boards (up to 535 × 390 mm) can stay in this rack from MSD storage through the full bake cycle without transfer to a separate baking container. For cure cycles above 200 °C, the B0108 chassis does not offer an HT variant, step up to the B0109GL HT-300C or down to the B0106GL HT-300C.
What’s the difference between this and a slotted-edge rack like RA-18C?
The B0108GM-200C is an extra-large-format bake-suitable magazine rack: 50 slots, 10 mm pitch, designed to drop into in-line SMT loader / unloader equipment. The RA-18C is a slotted-edge transport rack: 25 slots at wider pitch, designed for benchtop / between-bench manual transport, not for in-line equipment. Pick magazine racks for SMT-line integration; pick slotted-edge for hand carry / bench-side WIP.
Can I replace a damaged side panel without buying a whole new rack?
Yes. The side panels are made of 5 interchangeable Conductive PPE sections per wall, each individually replaceable. If one section gets cracked or contaminated, swap that section out and the rest of the rack stays in service. Rack spares are sold separately for every magazine-rack chassis we’ve ever shipped, on a ~1-week lead.
