Description

The PCBH-C is a 25-slot conductive polypropylene circuit board holder built for benchtop use. Each slot is 3 mm (0.118″) wide with a 5 mm (0.197″) depth and a 10 mm (0.394″) pitch, holding boards upright at a wide-angle vertical for clean one-hand insertion and removal during active work.

The compact 265 × 205 mm (10.43″ × 8.07″) footprint fits next to a soldering iron, hot-air station, or microscope without taking over the bench. The 95 mm (3.74″) tall body provides structural support so the holder won’t tip when picked up loaded.

Conductive PP at 10⁴ Ω keeps boards protected through hand soldering, inspection and rework. The 10 mm (0.394″) pitch and benchtop form are made for operator-facing work.

How do I clean it without ruining the ESD surface?

Warm water with a mild pH-neutral detergent; IPA 70% for spot cleaning. Never use acetone, aromatic or halogenated solvents, or abrasives, and take boards out of the holder before spraying flux remover: repeated overspray does the same damage as deliberate solvent cleaning. Dry fully before boards go back in.
