Length, width and thickness are all it takes: thin boards need a narrow slot, down to 1.7 mm (0.067″), thick boards a deep one, up to 7.7 mm (0.303″). Enter the numbers and the finder returns the exact part number.
Rather ask than measure? Sam answers sizing and grounding questions instantly.
All slotted racks hold 25 boards. Sizes in mm (1″ = 25.4 mm (1.00″)).
Slotted-edge trays hold WIP and move it between stations, angled holders present boards for inspection, ESD turntables turn the assembly for hands-free work, and the Karry-All 35 karrier moves and stores boards between stations. Every group runs lowest price first.
25 boards on edge in conductive polypropylene, 10⁴ Ω, in four slot profiles. The RA-16C takes standard 1.6 mm (0.063″) boards. The RA-24 Mini has the deep 7.7 mm (0.303″) slot for thick boards. The RA-18C is double-sided with carry handles. The RA-20C has a double slot at every position.
Standard-thickness slotted rack: slot 1.7 mm (0.067″) wide × 4 mm (0.157″) deep, 15 mm (0.591″) pitch, 25 slots

Double-sided rack with carry handles: slots 3 mm (0.118″) wide, 7 mm (0.276″) deep top / 7.5 mm (0.295″) bottom, 15 mm (0.591″) pitch

Double slot at every position: Slot A 3 mm (0.118″) wide × 7.7 mm (0.303″) deep, Slot B 2.1 mm (0.083″) wide × 3 mm (0.118″) deep, 15 mm (0.591″) set pitch

Boards fan out at an angle so you read both sides without pulling one, bench-size footprints for soldering and QC. The PCBH-C is the compact PCB holder for the soldering iron and the microscope. The PCBH-2L-C fans boards out at two angles for inspection and QC.
Wide-base, L-shaped, double wide-angle board holder built for inspection and QC. Slot 3 mm (0.118″) wide × 5 mm (0.197″) deep, 10 mm (0.394″) pitch.

Compact vertical-angled board holder built for the bench, 265 × 205 mm (10.43″ × 8.07″) footprint, 95 mm (3.74″) tall, fits next to a soldering iron or microscope without crowding the workspace. Slot 3 mm (0.118″) wide × 5 mm (0.197″) deep, 10 mm (0.394″) pitch.

Place the assembly, turn it and work all 360° without picking it up. No power, no air. The D380 has a 380 mm (14.96″) disc for 91 kg (200 lb); the D500 a 500 mm (19.69″) disc for 113 kg (250 lb). Surface resistance ≤ 10⁵ Ω, resistance to ground ≤ 10⁷ Ω, for ANSI/ESD S20.20 work surfaces.
ESD-safe rotating work platform, place the assembly, spin it, work all 360 degrees without picking up the board.
ESD-safe rotating work platform sized for larger PCB assemblies and mechanical builds, 500 mm (20″) disc, 15 mm (0.591″) low profile, 250 lb (113 kg) capacity.
The Karry-All 35 stands 30 boards upright on a 10 mm (0.394″) pitch in conductive polypropylene, boards up to 350 × 175 mm (13.78″ × 6.89″). Open frame, no back stopper, 2 kg (4.4 lb) empty: it drops into a box or tote to move and store boards between stations. Packs of 10.
30-slot ESD board carrier in conductive polypropylene, the lightest carrier in the catalog at 2 kg empty.

A note on words: anti-static, static-safe and ESD-safe all describe the same job, bleeding charge away before it reaches a component. The number that matters is surface resistance. Our racks are conductive, 10⁴ Ω, and the number is printed on every spec sheet on this page.
Trays, holders and the Karry-All 35 are bought in packs of 10. Five packs or more take 5% off, ten packs or more take 10% off, and ten or more ESD turntables take 10% off, automatically at checkout. Sam, our AI spec engineer, can build the whole order with you in chat, or send us the line and we take it from there.
Pick a document and tell us who you are once. Spec sheets, manuals and line cards open right after the form; drawings and certificates come by personal follow-up. No sales calls, no email blasts.
3D CAD and STEP files stay behind the drawings request on any product page. Need something not listed? Ask an engineer.
Send us your board size and process, we confirm the exact part number before you buy. Standard manufacturer warranty applies · spares ship from the USA.
A conductive polypropylene tray with 25 slots. Each board stands on its edge in its own slot, so populated boards stay apart and both faces stay clear. Ours are conductive, 10⁴ Ω, rated −10 to +80 °C (14 to 176 °F), and come in four slot profiles for boards up to 400 × 260 mm (15.75″ × 10.24″). They hold boards at the bench, on the shelf and on a cart between stations. You may also see them sold as universal PCB racks.
Yes, that is one of their main jobs. A slotted-edge tray holds the panels waiting for the cut and the single boards coming off it, each in its own slot. For thick boards, the RA-24 Mini's 3.2 mm (0.126″) wide, 7.7 mm (0.303″) deep slot gives the most room.
At inspection and QC, beside the soldering iron, at test benches, in repair depots and in storage between process steps. Our trays and holders work for electronics manufacturers in aerospace and defense, automotive electronics, medical devices and contract manufacturing.
Trays run $34.70 to $41.90 each in packs of 10 ($347.00 to $419.00 a pack). With 25 slots, that is $1.39 to $1.68 per board slot. Five packs or more take 5% off and ten packs or more 10%, automatically at checkout.
