The B0109GN-80C is a maximum-format 50-slot ESD magazine rack built for in-line SMT automation, board storage, and bench-to-bench transport on the widest board lines, backplanes, motherboards, oversized industrial PCBs. Gear-track adjustment sets the board width from 50 to 460 mm in seconds, with parallelism maintained across all 50 slots, one rack covers the full maximum-format range (up to 535 × 460 mm boards) without re-tooling.
Construction: 5 interchangeable Conductive PPE side panels per wall, aluminum pillars, galvanized steel base. The mixed-material build provides structural rigidity under repeated loading and inline conveyor handling, while keeping the entire current path in the conductive 10⁴–10⁶ Ω band per ESD Association classification. Sectioned panels can be swapped individually if one is damaged, the rack stays in service.
