Products

• ESD PCB magazine racks: 50-slot, 10 mm (0.394″) pitch, 563 mm (22.17″) chassis. Gear, screw and belt adjustment. Rated 80 C, 120 C, 200 C (bake-suitable per J-STD-033) and 300 C all-aluminum. Load capacity (weight limit): up to 85 kg (187 lb) per rack, spread evenly across the slots; 50 kg (110 lb) on the two all-plastic models, B0105GPN and B0105GPM.
• Universal bench racks and holders: slotted-edge racks, angled PCB holders, portable karriers, ESD turntables.
• V-cut PCB depanelers: VPD3-1M manual scissor shear, 290 mm (11.42″) single-pass cut, no air or electrical supply; VPD5-330 pneumatic, 330 mm (12.99″) cut, board strain under 200 microstrain. Both are quote-only; prices are not published.
• Rack spare parts and service kits: wear kit, side panel kit and frame kit, each servicing one complete rack.
• Depaneling spares: circular and linear blades, blade pair kits, machine parts.

Commercial facts

• No minimum order. Every order pays shipping, calculated at checkout from the weight of the order. There is no free-shipping threshold. Depaneling blades and machine parts ship at a flat freight charge, and machines ship at quoted freight.
• Volume pricing is automatic: 5% from 5 packs, 10% at 20+ racks.
• Subscribe and save on racks and depaneling spares: the discount scales with cadence, 15% monthly, 12% every two months, 10% every three months. Skip or cancel anytime. Not offered on kits.
• Returns within 30 days on racks, spares, kits, blades and bundles, for unused items in original packaging. Depaneling machines and starter kits: confirmed manufacturing defect only. The buyer pays shipping in both directions in every case, including defects.
• Quote-only machines are priced by quote and never sold at a published web price.
