What is an ESD PCB storage rack?
A conductive rack that holds circuit boards in slots so they never touch while they wait between process steps. SMT magazine racks like the B0103GN-80C also feed boards straight into your loaders.
Which size do I need?
Match the rack to your board: the B0103 takes boards up to 355 × 250 mm (13.98″ × 9.84″), the B0106 up to 460 × 330 mm (18.11″ × 12.99″). The PCB Rack Finder picks it from your board size.
Are they ESD safe?
Yes. They are conductive, 10⁴ to 10⁶ Ω, so charge drains to ground instead of sitting on your boards.
Can they go in a bake oven?
The standard racks are rated to 80 °C (176 °F). The same sizes come rated 200 °C (392 °F) for bake cycles, and all-aluminum racks go to 300 °C (572 °F).
Do they need assembly?
Magazine racks ship flat and go together with the supplied screws.
