PCB Racks and ESD Storage for Circuit Boards

We build the racks the biggest brands in electronics put their name on. This page is the map of everything we make for printed circuit boards (PCBs): conductive magazine racks for SMT lines, universal racks and holders for the bench, all-aluminum racks for bake and reflow, ESD turntables, portable karriers, and V-cut depaneling machines. Every rack is ESD-safe, spec-checked before you order, and stocked in the USA. In-stock racks ship in under 24 hours.

If you run an SMT line, a rework bench, an inspection cell, or a board house shipping assemblies to customers, there is a rack here sized for your boards. Orders of 20 or more racks take 10% off automatically, and rack orders of $1,000 or more ship free ground in the continental US.

PCB magazine racks

The workhorse circuit board rack for SMT automation, and the ESD rack most floors start with. 19 ESD-safe magazine racks across 6 chassis sizes, every one with 50 slots at 0.4 in (10 mm) pitch, ready for inline loaders, board storage, and bench-to-bench transport. Gear-track, screw, or belt adjustment sets board width in seconds, from 2 in (50 mm) on the smallest chassis to 18 in (460 mm) on the largest, which takes boards up to 21 × 18 in (535 × 460 mm). Conductive side panels, aluminum pillars, and a galvanized steel base keep the whole current path in the 104 to 106 ohm conductive band. From $174. Shop magazine racks.

Universal PCB racks and holders

When board sizes change daily, a universal PCB rack beats dedicated tooling. The RA-16C through RA-19C slotted-edge racks hold 25 boards each in conductive polypropylene, and boards up to 15.7 in (400 mm) long can overhang both sides, so panels wider than the rack body stay fully supported. Slot profiles run from 0.07 in (1.7 mm) wide for standard 0.063 in (1.6 mm) boards up to the RA-19C's double slot, a deep slot for cart transport plus a shallow slot for one-handed picks. The angled PCBH holder line presents boards at a wide angle for one-hand insertion during soldering, inspection, and rework. Grounded, stackable, sold in packs of 10, from $200. Shop universal racks and holders.

High-temp racks rated to 300 C (572 F)

Three all-aluminum magazine racks rated to 300 C (572 F), with no polymer in the thermal path, so you load them straight from the oven with no cooling step. They run the same 50-slot chassis and gear-track adjustment as the standard racks, with the slot opened to 0.3 in (7.5 mm) to clear boards that thicken or warp after reflow. Lead-free reflow exit temperatures, IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 bake, and conformal-coat post-cure all fit inside the envelope. $276 to $510, and if your cycles stop at 200 C (392 F), the 200 C racks on the same chassis cost less. Shop high-temperature racks.

ESD turntables

Two conductive-rubber turntables for rotating an assembly at the bench instead of reaching around it. The D380 is 15 in (380 mm) across and carries 200 lb (91 kg); the D500 is 20 in (500 mm) and carries 250 lb (113 kg). Surface resistivity of 5 × 106 ohm sits squarely in the dissipative range ANSI/ESD S20.20 work areas require, and both take assemblies still warm off reflow, rated to 85 C (185 F). No power, no air, no setup. $118 and $182. Shop ESD turntables.

Karry-All portable karriers

The Karry-All 35 is a portable conductive PCB karrier: 30 numbered, fixed-pitch slots in conductive polypropylene panels on an aluminum frame, with a sliding panel that sets your board size and locks with a clamp screw. It drops into any tote, carton, or transit box, so boards travel edge-protected without foam or cardboard inserts, and the outer tote provides dust and impact protection. Use it as a slot separator inside a carton, a transport karrier inside a tote, or a short-term staging frame at the bench, anywhere below 80 C (176 F). $480 for a pack of 10. See the Karry-All 35.

V-cut depaneling machines

The same boards you rack still have to come off the panel, so we build the depanelers too. The VPD3-1M is a manual V-cut depaneler for low-mix work: no shop air, no electrical, V-scored panels up to 11.4 in (290 mm). The pneumatic VPD5-330 separates panels up to 13.0 in (330 mm) per pass on shop air, with measured board stress under 200 microstrains. Both machines are quoted for board thicknesses of 0.024 to 0.100 in (0.6 to 2.54 mm). Machines are built to order and priced on request; blades and spares ship from the USA on about a 1-week lead. Shop V-cut depaneling.

How to choose a PCB rack

Start with two numbers: your largest board (length × width, in inches or mm) and the hottest process step the rack will see.

Not sure? Send us the board spec and we confirm the exact part number before you order.

Every rack carries the same paperwork: Mil-spec B-81705-B, NASTC ESD test report 2025AS4693AP, and SGS RoHS certification. Ships from the USA, and in-stock racks are on a truck in under 24 hours.
