Description
The machine, the spare edge, and the program that keeps it sharp. One quote, one PO, one crate.
The blade is a depaneler's only consumable, and a dull blade with no spare on the shelf is a stopped process. The starter kit puts the spare on the shelf the day the machine lands.
What is in the crate
- VPD3-1M manual depaneler. 290 mm single-pass cut, circular plus linear blade, no air and no power. Separates v-scored panels under 200 µε of measured board stress.
- VPD3-1LB stationary linear blade. The fixed half of the shear, ready before the first edge dulls.
- VPD3-1CB circular carriage blade. The moving half.
Included with the kit
- Blade program enrollment. We track blade life on your cadence and remind you before a dull edge reaches your boards. Cancel with a reply.
- Depaneling care guide. Blade change procedure, the weekly scrap-panel check, and the cleaning routine that keeps the shear clean.
- One freight quote. Machine and blades travel together, so you clear one receiving dock entry instead of three.
Kit pricing runs 5% under the same parts bought separately. The kit exists so your line never learns what a dull blade costs.
