What is in the crate

VPD3-1M manual depaneler. 290 mm (11.4″) single-pass cut, circular plus linear blade, no air and no power. The circular blade rides over the fixed linear blade, so the force stays in the V-groove.
VPD3-1LB stationary linear blade. The fixed half of the shear, ready before the first edge dulls.
VPD3-1CB circular carriage blade. The moving half.

Blade program enrollment. We track blade life on your cadence and remind you before a dull edge reaches your boards. Cancel with a reply.
Depaneling care guide. Blade change procedure, the weekly scrap-panel check, and the cleaning routine that keeps the shear clean.
