What is in the crate
- VPD5-330 pneumatic depaneler. 330 mm cut, foot pedal so both hands stay on the panel, dual-linear-blade shear measured under 200 µε at the score line. CE marked.
- VPD5-330LK matched linear blade pair. Blades ship and replace as a set; a fresh blade against a worn one does not give a fresh cut.
Included with the kit
- Blade program enrollment. We track blade life on your cadence and remind you before edge quality drifts. Cancel with a reply.
- Depaneling care guide. Blade change procedure, the weekly scrap-panel check, and air-supply care for the pneumatics.
- One freight quote. Machine and blade set travel together on one dock entry.
Kit pricing runs 5% under the same parts bought separately, $954 back on the crate. The kit exists so a scheduled blade change never becomes an unscheduled line stop.
