
B0108GM-200C Rack + Wear Kit Bundle
The B0108GM-200C rack + wear kit bundle ships the B0108GM-200C 50-slot ESD magazine rack together with the Rack Wear Kit that services it, for $502 instead of $528 bought separately. The rack is 200 °C, 10 mm (0.394″) slot pitch, adjustable 50–390 mm (1.97″–15.35″). The kit holds the gear tracks, lever sets, stopper bar, plastic gears and slot stoppers that wear first on a gear-adjust rack, so a worn rack is repaired at the bench instead of idling a line waiting on parts.

- The moisture-sensitive-device handling standard. It sets the bake profiles (typically 90–125 °C) used to drive moisture out of MSD boards before reflow, which is why a rack's temperature rating decides whether boards can stay in it through the bake.
- ANSI/ESD S541
- The ESD Association standard for packaging materials in an EPA. It classifies surface resistance into conductive (below 10⁴ Ω), dissipative (10⁴ to below 10¹¹ Ω) and insulative bands. Our measured 10⁴–10⁶ Ω sits in the dissipative band, the range specified for board handling.
- RoHS (EU) 2015/863
